Hot n Cold Gel Pack Deluxe (XL) -(PPA-03)-

Directions-

For Hot Pack

By the use of boiling water:place the gel pack in the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.Remove the pack from pack in the boiling water.Wipe with clean with cloth and place in cloth cover.Gel pack is ready to use.

By the use of Microwave oven-Place the gel in microwave oven for 45 to 50 seconds on high power.Remove the gel pack from the oven and place it in the provided cloth cover and the pack is ready to use.The time of microwave depends upon the initial temperature of the pack. In winter,gel pack may take more time to heated.

For Cold Pack-

By the use of freezer:place gel pack in the freezer for 25-35 minutes and pack is ready to use.

Cautions-

For external use only.keep out of reach of children.Do not use on broken or irritated skin.Do not use in case of circulatory problem unless prescribed by the doctor.Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
